What we collect, why, and what you can do about it.

1. What we collect

When you take the placement quiz, we collect your answers plus the contact info you provide. When you enroll, we collect your name, email, billing address, and payment info (payment info is handled by our PSP — we never see your card details).

When you use the portal, we log your progress through courses, the assignments you submit, and how you use the AI tutor (so we can improve it).

2. Why we collect it

To deliver the course and grade your work.
To personalize your path — that’s what the AI tutor + portal do.
To bill you and issue receipts (regional tax where required).
To respond to support requests.

3. Who we share it with

Hosting, email, and payment sub-processors — we’ll maintain a public list. We don’t sell your data.

4. Your rights

Your rights depend on where you’re registered. Based on your detected region (US — CCPA + CPRA) you can request access, correction, and deletion of your data at any time by writing to us.

5. Data retention

We keep account records for as long as you keep the account, and for two years after closure for accounting + audit. Assessment work is retained until the certificate is issued, plus one year for appeal windows.

6. Contact + complaints

Write to our support address. If you’re unhappy with our response, you may raise a complaint with your regional data-protection authority.
