You have 14 days from enrollment to request a refund. Full refund, no justification needed. Reach out via the contact page and we’ll process it within 5 business days.

After 14 days

Beyond the window, we don’t process refunds — but if you have a situation you’d like us to look at, write to us anyway. Founders read every message.

Statutory rights

Your local statutory refund rights sit on top of what we offer above. We won’t ask you to waive them and won’t make you argue for them.

Founding cohort specific

The founding-cohort discount is one-time. If you refund within the window, you don’t hold a founding seat — but you keep priority access to the next available cohort at whatever the then-current pricing is.
